Deep cleaning is an intensive periodic reset that reaches the grime, dust and limescale daily cleaning cannot: high level, behind furniture, inside appliances, in the grout. Most offices need both, a daily clean to hold the standard and a deep clean on a cycle to protect the building underneath it.
How often should an office be deep cleaned?
Most offices benefit from a deep clean every quarter or twice a year alongside their daily contract, with high-traffic or higher-risk areas such as kitchens and washrooms done more often. Some businesses prefer an annual office spring clean instead. We will recommend the right cycle at your walkthrough, based on your footfall, your building and the areas that take the most wear.
Do you do one-off deep cleans and office spring cleans?
Yes. As well as scheduled periodic cleaning, we carry out one-off commercial deep cleans and office spring cleans whenever you need a reset: a start-of-year refresh, before or after a move or refurbishment, ahead of an audit or client visit, or after a heavy flu season. It is scoped and quoted per site, with no fixed package.
Will a deep clean disrupt our staff?
No. We plan deep cleans out of hours, over a weekend, or across a few evenings so your team keeps working and your building stays open.
